Ordering
No, you don't have to. You can shop and check out as a guest anytime. However, creating an account makes your experience smoother — you won't need to re-enter your details each time. You can sign up now or create your account during checkout.
Click on "Login / Register" and fill in your personal details under the "Register" section.
Simply browse our products, choose your favorite items, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, go to your cart, review your items and details, then proceed to checkout.
If the item is available, you should be able to add it to your cart. If the product shows "Sold Out", it is currently unavailable.
We currently offer two payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Instapay
Yes, you can. Please email us at Orders@bedayadesigns.com with your order number in the subject line, and we will be happy to assist you.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have an account, you can also check your order status under "My Account."

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Egypt.
Orders are usually delivered within:
- 3–5 working days for Cairo & Giza
- 5–7 working days for other governorates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location.
Once your order is shipped, the courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your details before placing the order.

Returns & Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only if the item received is incorrect or damaged. Please make sure you review your order carefully before placing it.

- Your order number
- The reason for the exchange
- A photo of the item
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders
Yes! We love creating personalized pieces for our customers, whether for personal occasions or business events.
Yes, the minimum quantity depends on the product you would like to customize. However, the minimum order usually starts from 50 pieces.
Please email us at orders@bedayadesigns.com or contact us through our social media pages with your request and design idea.
Custom orders usually take 14–20 working days, depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity.

Product Care
To keep your tote bag in the best condition:
- Hand wash gently in cold water
- Do not bleach
- Do not scrub directly on the printed design
- Air dry only (do not tumble dry)
For the best colouring experience:
- Use washable markers for best results
- Allow the ink to dry completely before handling
- The design can be washed and coloured again, so kids can enjoy colouring it multiple times using the colours included with the bag
For the best results:
- Use coloured pencils or fine liners
- These work especially well for mandala designs and detailed illustrations
